Job Summary

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. This role includes managing SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising across digital platforms. The executive collaborates with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and measurable campaign success. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and up-to-date knowledge of digital tools and trends are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage the companyโ€™s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality creatives and content.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, design, and analysis.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Assist in marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles (freshers with training or internships can apply).
  • Knowledge of key digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or any graphic design tool.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns.
