Job Summary :
An HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves identifying talent needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads. The recruiter plays a vital role in building a strong workforce by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and understanding of hiring strategies are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, social media, and internal networks.
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, phone calls, and initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Handle offer negotiation and manage onboarding processes.
- Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Represent the company in job fairs or recruitment events if required.
- Support other HR functions such as employee engagement, documentation, and attendance tracking when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0โ2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (freshers with internship experience are also welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, or Workable.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other HR tools.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor, especially while dealing with candidates.
