Job Summary :

A Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to client or company specifications. They work closely with designers, content creators, and backend developers to build user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn business needs into functional and scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and dynamic websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
• Maintain and update existing websites to ensure performance, security, and compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs accurately.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues in a timely manner.
• Test websites across different browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Manage website hosting, domain configuration, and deployment processes.
• Ensure websites meet modern web standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in web development (freshers with portfolio/projects are welcome).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular (optional for fresher).
• Familiarity with backend technologies like PHP, Node.js, or Python.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB.
• Basic knowledge of hosting platforms such as cPanel, Netlify, or Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with tools like VS Code, GitHub, Figma, and Postman.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and website performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
